ARCHIVIST NOTE: This letter was largely ignored by the Imperial Agency. Ghost-Eye had been taken into custody only one day earlier, the same day as the death of the tribal Indian known as Coyote.

What I saw Ghost-Eye do is almost unbelievable. But it does make sense if you understand who you're dealing with. And the Empire has to understand.

I made mistakes. But I know I am not a traitor.
